When I was younger my friend was my uncle. Im Vietnamese so when you call your uncle you likewise say a number case that depending if they are the first, second, 3rd child, etc. So my uncle was uncle 7. Throughout my youth and onwards I knew my favorite number was 17, which stemmed from him (my number 1 uncle). From jerseys to e-mails to usernames I constantly used this number and it felt so unique to me. I simply learnt that I was born at 5:17 pm which is also 17:17! Its so insane! When my sister pointed that out, I just could not think it. Anyone else out there have a preferred number that somehow showed up in your life?
