As somebody who as handled these kinds of people, it is truly draining and damaging for your mental and emotional health. It was much more unpleasant for me due to the fact that I thought that it was my task to help them, because I know that those who have problem with this have actually also gone through traumas I cant potentially fathom. They acknowledged this, took benefit of me and whenever I observed this they fasted to position blame on me! And I believed them !! Its insane to me how I was so naive, however I assure you after I understood that this relationship could no longer continue and I lastly constructed the courage to leave: I felt relieved. & & Ive remained in a better head area considering that. Do not think for 2nd that you might help these individuals, that is not your responsibility. Let them understand on their own their level of their routines and behavior.
Anyhow, please be mindful of individuals you choose to hang with. Not everybody has your best interest.
