I get so caught up in whatever I NEED to do that day and forget that mental/spiritual health is simply as important as feeding the felines, bathing, going to work and consuming. Do not neglect these essential practices, and dont believe of them as a low priority. Particularly right now, its so important to invest in your mental/emotional/spiritual health.
