MEDITATION has been scientifically proven to decrease blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, help control chronic pain, improve sleep, battle addictions, lengthen your attention span and delay age-related memory loss. So, why wouldn’t you practice it?

✨ ​If you’re anything like me; a Gemini with a constant bombardment of thoughts and ideas swirling around your head (especially when you’re supposed to be sleeping!), then settling into stillness can be a massive struggle.

✨ ​You don’t have to be a Gemini Sun sign to have an overactive mind. Chances are though, you probably do have an abundance of AIR sign/s somewhere in your birth chart. For example, you could have the Sun, Moon, Ascendant or Mercury, in Gemini, Libra or Aquarius. If this is you, you’re not going to like what I have to say… but you, more than anyone can benefit from incorporating a little regular meditation into your life and busy brain. ​.
