Try not to invalidate your feelings. Learn how important it is for you to fully connect to them daily. Don’t just push through them. The more you avoid, deny or tell yourself you are fine, the more your physical body will decline.

Your physical body mirrors your internal self. Parts of you may feel unsafe causing weight gain, pressure headaches because you’re angry, neck strains because you feel stuck or unsupported or even stomach issues because you haven’t resolved your anxiety around your relationships.

The more we become aware of our emotions and the root cause of them the more our bodies feel free. If we had more of an compassionate approach to our feelings, then we would embrace that inner child that just wants to be heard.
