You hear this a lot in the spiritual community. Your vibration creates your reality. What does it actually mean? In my experience, it goes something like this: The way your energy moves in your body creates the type of thoughts you think. Your thoughts turn to words, which turn to intentions, emotions and actions, which eventually create your character and reality. .
It can sometimes feel difficult to change your vibration, the way your energy is moving, but physical movement always helps. I wake up grumpy often. I just do. I hardly talk to anyone and am just generally mad that I get pulled away from my awesome dream world! So I put on some music and dance around, do some yoga, meditate, eat healthy food and feel much better. I choose to purposely change my inner state with the way I move my body. Then my thoughts turn a little brighter. This combination of movement and thought creates emotion. I feel inspired, so I create something. Any lingering feelings of unworthiness, anger, shame, etc., are flushed from my system in the creation process. Meanwhile, I draw in new energy to power my system. I take my new energy and send it into the world in the form of actions that serve and inspire. .
I deliberately choose this every day. Depression comes easily to me. My mind is a powerful force, but an evil one sometimes, and if I just let it run wild, my reality would be a mess. So the moral of this little tale is simple: You have the power to CHOOSE to feel better. Don’t let the opinions of others get you down. Don’t let your own mental state dictate your day. Stop feeding what hurts you, period. .
You are not in control of MANY things, but you can choose to become still, let go of any clinging to the past or future, and be here now. Here you are eternal, limitless and free. .
